16 KB Goblet Walking Lunge

Rest 30 seconds

20 Push Ups

Rest 30 seconds

8-10 HSPU

Rest 1 minute


5 sets for max reps of:

30 seconds Ring Dips

Rest 30 seconds

30 seconds Box Jumps

Rest 30 seconds

30 seconds HR Push ups

Rest 90 seconds
