Workout Of the Day
A.) Build up to a 1RM Power Clean

B.) EMOTM for 10 minutes:
3 Touch and Go Power Cleans @ 80%
10 Push Ups
*Note: Goal is 100 push ups in 10 minutes

-5:00 rest-

C.) For 10 minutes:
Alternate minutes with:
15 Kettlebell swings (53/35)
15 Sit Ups
