Workout Of the Day

A.) Snatch Complex

Snatch Deadlift + Squat Snatch + OHS -  EMOTM x 10:00 - choose a weight that you can move and still look good; no misses!


B.) TEAM WOD WEDNESDAY

“Scrambler”
For Time:
Dips: 9-7-5 reps
Wall Ball: 18-14-10
Sit Ups: 27-21-15

*WOD begins and ends with a 500 meter row

*All reps are “per teammate”
