The “12 Days of Christmas” WOD has been revised due to the weather. We don’t feel its safe inside with the floor getting slippery when wet, so the new format is:

1 - Clean and Jerk @ 80% of 1RM
2 - Burpees
3 - HSPU
4 - T2B
5 - Box Jumps
6 - Jump Switch Lunges (per leg)
7 - Pull Ups
8 - Wall Ball
9 - 250 meter ROW
10 - Deadlifts (same bar)
11 - KB Swings
12 - Back Squats (same bar)
