A.) 2-position Snatch

*Here we will review the 5 major components needed and essential skills to practice in order to achieve and work towards not just one, but a string of muscle ups
**If you have muscle ups already, you will perform the benchmark “30 muscle ups for time” following the 2-position Snatch & your warm up.

C.) 2 X 500 meter row
*Rest 3:00 between efforts
