13:00 to establish a 1RM Bench Press
3:00 For Max Pull Ups
13:00 to establish a 1RM Overhead Squat
3:00 For Max Push Ups
13:00 to establish a 1RM Deadlift

*You all know what tomorrow is…no need to explain….please remember we are having the last class of the day at 4pm so we can set up for the BBTB
