6 sets of the following Complex :
Hi Hang Sq. Clean + Hang Sq. Clean + Sq. Clean + Push Press +
Hi Hang Sq. Clean + Hang Sq. Clean + Sq. Clean + Push Jerk +
Hi Hang Sq. Clean + Hang Sq. Clean + Sq. Clean + Split Jerk

*One set consists of all 12 reps. Try not to drop the bar during the entire set; add weight with every set
