Do you have a favorite WOD?

(I like WODs that have) push press, pulls ups, back squats and shoot throughs and lots of other WODs.

Least Favorite WOD?

(Anything involving) double unders because I really don’t know how to do them

Tell us a little bit about yourself 

I am 28 years old and I work 3 jobs. I work at Adelphi Research in Doylestown, an accounting firm office in Horsham, and Murray’s Richboro Market in Richboro. I play ice hockey for The Bucks County Admirals and love to travel with my teammates for games and tournaments.

What were you doing before CrossFit?

I enjoyed running on the treadmill and jumping on the trampoline.

What were your thoughts after your first CrossFit workout?

I really liked it and wanted to do more! I like meeting all the new people!

What were your goals when joining CrossFit?

I wanted to get in shape for hockey.

Please tell us about achieving those goals?

I go to Crossfit twice a week, one time Coach Mike coaches me and one time Coach Dan coaches me! I like doing the workout with my friend, Connor Feeney!

What are some of your best WOD times/ achievements inside the gym?

Last summer I got to workout with my mom and my sister, Kiersten, on a Saturday morning. It was so hard but I really liked it.

Do you have any other special memories/ achievements during your time here?

When I learned how to do pullups, skin the cat, inversions, and rope climbs!!! I also really like the AMRAP for Autism each year. Mike and Dan are so much fun as coaches.

What advice would you give to a newbie just joining Central Bucks CrossFit?

You can do it!!

Something you might not know about me is?

I love maps and can give you directions to any where you want to go. I also have a really good memory and remember most dates.
